IF CANCELLED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FULL DEPOSIT LESS PROCESSING FEE$22.60 WILL BE REFUNDED by  original reservation check in date.  29   DAYS or LESS YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. (NOTE DEPOSIT IS CONSIDERED 20% OF YOUR TOTAL BILL, ANY OUTSTANDING CREDIT WILL BE RETURNED by  original reservation check in date.) Please note that all pricing is in Canadian Currency and is processed in Canadian Currency. Please note that refunds are ONLY returned to credit cards.

For stays Cancelled with less than 1 Weeks notice and Non-Arrivals with out notice 
2 Night Cabin Fee will be charged to Card on File!
